A Better World with You and Me

In 2005, the Commission on Youth approved our project “A Better World with You and Me” with funding granted by the Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries. The project aims to promote harmony and encourage co-operation amongst youths of different background, interests and abilities in order to foster mutual respect, tolerance and mutual help for developing an integrated community.

To meet the aim, we cooperated with the volunteers of Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth to provide service to elderly and disabled persons.Prior to commencing the services from January 2006, relevant volunteer training was given to the girl guides and volunteers of Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth.
