[Uniform Recycle Campaign] - Application of the Recycled Uniform

Thank you so much for your generous support to the Uniform Recycle Campaign held by the Association at the Annual Parade (25^th November, 2018). Although the weather was unstable, there was no obstacle can stop everyone's participation and donation! Nearly 350 uniforms of different sections, groups, types and sizes were collected from this event!

If you want to apply for uniform, please complete the Application Form for Individual first and submit to your guider (Application Form for Unit). The number of uniforms is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis. Details are as follows:

Guidance Notes for Application of the Recycled Uniform:

1. Girl Guides who in need can apply for the recycled uniform through Guiders by Unit.
2. Application form for Units should be completed by Guiders. Please indicate clearly the required size and quantity. All completed application forms should be submitted to 1/F Membership Development Department, The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, 8 Gascoigne Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong by post; or by email to charlotte.wong@hkgga.org.hk or by Fax: 2782-6466
3. Membership Development Department will notify Units by email once uniforms are ready to be collected at Headquarter of The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association.
4. Application for the recycled uniform will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. The amount of the available recycled uniforms depends on the quantity of collected.
5. It is free of charge to collect the recycled uniform. All recycled uniforms must be collected at the Headquarter of The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association.
6. Headquarter may appeal again to invite members to donate their old uniforms if there is a large demand. Details will be announced later.
