AED (Automated External Defibrillation) Project

AED (Automated External Defibrillation) Project

Introduction:

Nowadays, AED is widespread in public for rescuing cardiac arrest patients. Early administration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with the aid of automated external defibrillator (AED) is always the most effective way for rescuing.

To uplift the survival rate, HKGGA not only set up the AEDs at some of the centers and share the social responsibility in taking the initiative to install AEDs in the premises, but also actively encourage members to learn the knowledge and practise how to use the AED.
