Registration method and instructions :

1. This event only accepts GGMS registration. Guiders are requested to log in to the online system to register and pay.  Registration Form (LINK)
2. If current Guiders and Group leaders have become members of the Association before the launch of GGMS, they can log in to the system with registered email and click "Forgot Password" without re-registering a GGMS account.
3. For New Guiders and Group Leaders who have not registered a GGMS account or submitted a membership application form before, please (click here) to register.
4. Mail, email, telephone and fax registrations are not accepted for this event. All registrations must be through the GGMS system.  If the application information is incomplete, the application will not be accepted.  The registration result of the event will be announced through GGMS.  If not accepted, no further notice will be given.
5. Once the registration is accepted, the name of the attendee cannot be changed. Except for cancellation due to bad weather or insufficient registration,  payment will not be refunded.
6. If there is a typhoon signal of No. 8 or above, a red or black rainstorm warning, or the Education Bureau announces that classes will be suspended two hours before the start of the activity, the activity will be cancelled.  Please refer to weather report released by the Hong Kong Observatory.  For details, please visit "The Bad Weather and Air Pollution Arrangements for HKGGA activities"

Remark

1. All participants must complete「Health Declaration Form」
2. Attending leaders are required to submit a rapid test report to their district governor on the morning of the event.  Visitors entering the school as required by the school need to meet the relevant requirements for the implementation of the "Vaccine Pass" (at least 2 doses of vaccine) and scan for safe travel.  For "Vaccination Pass" vaccination requirements, please visit: https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/vaccine-pass.html
