To celebrate the 25^th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association is organizing the Annual Parade "Rejoicing HKSAR 25^th Anniversary, Hong Kong Girl Guides Soar to New Heights". The committee of the Association would organize a campaign to solicit the design of badge in all Divisions. The winner of the badge design will be used to make as the official souvenir badge. The Association will distribute this souvenir badge to all participants as a souvenir.

Eligibility

ALL Guide members include: Happy Bee, Brownie, Guide, Ranger, Golden Guide, Guider/Leader, Commissioner, Assessor, Region Association member and District Association member etc.

Requirements

• The Hong Kong Girl Guides logo
• The slogan: "Rejoicing HKSAR 25^th Anniversary, Hong Kong Girl Guides Soar to New Heights"
• The event title: “Hong Kong Girl Guides Annual Parade” or “HKGG Annual Parade”
• Descriptions of the design

Colours

• Not more than 10 colours in total

• HKGGA Logo (Pantone: purple - 227c, red - Warm Red)

Dimension

Design can be in any shapes, with the longest side not longer than 8 cm

Graphic Format, Saving and Delivering the Files

Design has to be created with computer and exported as both ai and Jpeg format, with resolution not lower than 300dpi. Name your file “AP badge-(your English name)” and submit the files with the completed application form to amd@hkgga.org.hk

Remarks

All submitted designs will be selected by the Organizing Committee. The result of selected design will be announced on the HKGGA website in late October.

Regulations

• There is no limit for each Division.
• Applicants can submit more than one design.
• All entries should be original, without infringement of copyrights, and have not been publicized before.
• The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association owns the copyrights of all entries and will have the right to edit.
• Please specify the size of the badge and the pantone code on the design layout.
