*Alter the Event Time

Purpose: To allow Girl Guides to learn new skills and knowledge, discover new interests and enjoy cooking, learn to get along with others, practice teamwork and be creative.

Date: 6 July,2024 (Saturday)
Time: 9:10 am to 2:00 pm
Collection location: G/F, Parkside Plaza, Tuen Mun (No. 2, Tuen Hei Road, Tuen Mun)
Venue: Badgework Centre (2nd to 3rd Floor, Tang Shiu Kin Scout & Guide Centre, 308 Wo Yee Hop Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories)
Target: Enrolled Brownie in Tuen Mun Division (Participants must be 9 years old or above)/Girl Guides
Clothing:  Outdoor uniform
Cost:  HK$40 per person
1. Tour bus fees to and from the event venue are included.
Quota: 14 people (each team can have up to 3 main players and up to 3 reserve players)
(Please register first for backup, but no payment is required for now. If accepted, payment will be made after notification)
Registration method: All registered Girl Guides must register in the GGMS system through their Guider and complete the payment process.

Guiders are asked to complete the online registration. If you have not opened a GGMS account, please go to the following web page to register:
https://ggms.hkgga.org.hk/GGMS/ After submitting the registration, you can contact the general association staff to expedite the registration process.

Remark:
 1. Each participant (Brownies) must complete the "Parent/Guardian Consent Form", and each Guider must submit it together with the GGMS registration form
 Submit after parent/guardian consent form has been received.
2. Must attend the entire interest class.
3. Participants are required to bring their own light snacks and water.
4. This event does not accept registration by phone, email or fax. All registrations are subject to receipt by GGMS. Once registration is accepted,
 No refunds allowed.
5. If there are any changes, the final announcement of the conference shall prevail.
6. Once the registration is accepted, the name of the participant cannot be changed. Unless it is canceled due to bad weather or insufficient number of registrations, the paid
 Payments will not be refunded.
7. Sign up for the "Interest Class-French Macaron Baking Class" activity, and the registration results will be sent to GGMS through GGMS
 Announced on 28/6 (Friday), Guiders are requested to browse the admission list on the federation's website. If not accepted, no further notice will be given.
8. An event memo will be emailed to Guiders one week before the event. Please make sure the email address is correct and check it on time.
9. This class is held at the same time as the "Leather Octopus Case/Sand Bag Making Class". Each team member can only register for one of the classes.

Bad weather arrangements:
 1. Severe weather contingency measures: For example, two hours before the event, the Observatory still hoisted No. 1 typhoon signal, No. 3 typhoon signal, yellow heavy rain signal and thunderstorm warning, the event will be held as usual; red, black rainstorm warning and typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the event will be postponed or Cancel.
