International Camp 2020

Responsibility

• Keep good communication within the delegations and Parents/Guardians
• All decision making should be agreed by all delegates and the travel plan should be approved by the Association
• Arrange/Attend briefing, pre-camp meetings and trainings (include overnight camp)
• Attend Flag Presentation Ceremony
• Compile and submit log book/ report after activities
• Assist in organizing "Let Us Share" Activity
• Extend hospitality to the overseas guests(if any)
