If Brownie / Guide / Ranger has already completed the requirements of the captioned award / badge and wish to be awarded in the coming Annual Parade which to be held in November 2017, the application form and all the related documents must reach The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association - Programme Department (8 Gascoigne Road, Kowloon) on or before 31 August 2017 (Thursday).

Late submission would not be arranged for presentation during coming Annual Parade.
