Tendering for Girl Guides Uniform Contract

The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association is now inviting suppliers to produce Girl Guides outdoor uniform and scarves.

We will organize a Tender Briefing Session on 11 March 2019 (Monday) at 11:00a.m. at Exhibition Hall, 2/F Hong Kong Girl Guides Headquarters. The tender briefing session will be conducted in Cantonese. The tender documents will be delivered during the briefing.

If your Company is interested in the above tenders, please fill in the reply slip (Chinese only) as attached and returned to our Association by email or fax to 2428 7782 on or before 5:00 p.m. on 8 March 2019 (Friday). The tender document will be distributed at the Tender Briefing Session.
