Online Registration for Free SH9250 Masks

Our Association is grateful to Huachin Mining Limited for their kindness and generosity on donating SH9250 masks to us.

The masks will be given to our members and people in the community who are in need via different ways.  It is therefore 2,000 pcs of masks will be divided into 400 sets and sent to our members who meet the following requirements:

1. Girl Guide Member

2. In receipt of the “Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Scheme” or “Student Financial Assistance Schemes-Full Grant”

Eligible members can register online and upload the required proof from now until 23:55 pm, 25 March 2020.

Lots will be drawn to allocate the masks if valid registrations received exceed the quota.  Results of the draw will be notified by email on or before 30 March and the masks will be sent out by post.  If any part of the registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, the application may not be processed.   

HKGGA shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in sending the masks. The personal information of all participants is limited to the purpose of the above application. The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association reserves the right of final decision.

Guider register on behalf of her unit member

In view of some members might be lack of hardware and data network at home, we strongly recommend Guider to register on behalf of her Girl Guide Member via online platform if they know the member come from low-income family and have difficulty register online.  

After recieveing the information and vertifying the registration, the Association will send 5 pcs of masks directly to the member.  500 pcs of masks will be given out via this registration (5 mask for each register).  Will review the quota if the response is overwhelming.
