The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association Tin Shui Wai Pansy Ho Activity Centre Notice (with effect from 6 Oct 2022)
In order to comply with the requirements stipulated in the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) and relevant requirements of administrative instructions, the Centre will ensure necessary measures to be adopted at reopened venues. All venue users have to comply with all regulations, including but not limited to Cap. 599F Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation, Cap. 599G Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation and Cap. 599L Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation on the prohibition of group gatherings of not more than the number of people as stipulated by these Regulations. According to the aforementioned Regulations, the authorized officer appointed by the government is being complied to inspect HKGGA Campsites. The users shall bear legal liability or responsibility for any non-compliance with the rules and regulations.
The Centre has adopted special measures to avoid people from gathering and to maintain social distance. Venue users must comply with the following special measures and guidelines. If anyone violates the following special measures and guidelines, the Centre reserves the right to request that person to leave the venue. With effect from 6 Oct 2022:

*Remarks:
For activities to be held in venues, no more than 12 participants including the instructor in a cluster could be conducted. A distance of at least 1.5 meters between groups should be maintained when exercising. The organizer should consider the venue depending on the space required and the nature of the activity. The Centre reserves the right to reject the application and request that person to leave the venue if anyone violates the guidelines.
- The organizer is requested to ensure users are not currently subject to any quarantine order issued by the Government. If the users have symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulty and sore throat, please seek medical advice immediately.
- Wear a mask within the Centre in all areas (except the exercise sessions).
- All persons are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code and perform a temperature check before entering. People with fever symptoms will not be permitted to enter the Centre.
- All persons (except under *exempted scenarios*) must comply with the requirement of the Vaccine Pass, and present the QR Code for scanning upon Entry. Persons whose Vaccine Pass is under the category of Red Code or Amber Code are not allowed to enter the Centre in the capacity of a participant, user or visitor. *Exempted scenarios include:
A. children aged under 5;
B. holders of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate (Exemption Certificate), He/She must present the Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificates QR code. For certificates without an encrypted QR code, please fill in specified premises to register;
C. the person enters the Centre only for—
(i) only purpose of delivering or picking up of an article at Centre; or
(ii) performing necessary repairs at the Centre.
For circumstance C, please make a registration by phone before entering the Centre.
5. Visitors may be required to leave except he/she enters the Centre to perform girl guides duty, Centre official duty or to participate in Centre activities.
6. Keep your hands clean all the time. Hand rub is provided in the Centre for necessary use.
7. All visitors are required to maintain a certain social distance with one another.
8. The Centre will reserve time for cleaning after each use of the venue without prior notice.
9. No eating or drinking is allowed inside all venues.
10. Except venue users and event participants, other people are not suggested to stay in the Centre in order to minimize the risk of the spread of the virus during gathering of people.
11. The government is still implementing disease prevention and control measures to safeguard public health, thus any Girl Guides members who are intending to conduct Girl Guides’ programmes or activities should refer to HKGGA Special Announcement on Activity Arrangements published on the website of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association.
12. If anyone violates the guidelines above, the Centre reserves the right to request that person to leave the venue.
