HKGG Annual Parade 2018 All Items Application Form

Hong Kong Girl Guides Annual Parade 2018 will be held  on 25 Nov 2018 (Sunday) at Mong Kok Stadium.  All Guide members are welcome to join us and participate in one of the following  items. Guides, Rangers and Guiders/Leaders can participate as a service Guide or service Guider/Leader to support our working teams. Don't miss the chance to submit your application and join this annual event!

Event Details:

Date: 25 Nov 2018 (Sun)

Time: 2:30pm - 4:00pm

Venue: Mong Kok Stadium (37 Flower Market Road, Mong Kok)

Items for Unit participation: Colour Party, Interactive Programme -- Gesture Dance Performers, Service Guides & Guiders/Leaders, Audience (Limited Capacity and on first come first served basis)

Deadlines:

1. Colour Parties --- 10 Oct 2018 (Wed)

2. Gesture Dance Performers --- 10 Oct 2018 (Wed)

3. Service Guides & Guiders/Leaders --- 26 Oct 2018 (Fri)

4. Audience --- 26 Oct 2018 (Fri)

5. Div/Unit Coach Arrangement --- 9 Nov 2018

Note: Due to limited space, each Happy Bee can only allow to be accompanied by one parent in this event.
