Recruitment of Trainer Programme

GGMS, the new membership system, has been on production. We sincerely invite Guiders/Commissioners/adult members to join the GGMS Trainer Programme, to be a trainer and to train others.

You will be trained by attending two Train-The-Trainer training sessions on below schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities

Once you get trained, you are required to deliver at least one GGMS training session.

Target

• Have experience in using any kind of information management system
• Have basic understanding of using computer
• Have basic understanding of HKGGA workflow
• Familiar with using Microsoft Team or other online meeting tools
• Presentable, willing to learn, and passionate in teaching
• Training/educational experience is a plus

• If you are interested in the GGMS Trainer Programme, to be a trainer and to train others, please fill up application form, and email to Kathy.law@hkgga.org.hk by Dec 4, 2020.
• The successful applicants will receive a confirmation email on Dec 7, 2020, and Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent as well to attend two Train-The-Trainer training sessions subsequently.
