Young Women in Governance
In response to the 37th World Conference, the 12-year vision of the global girl guiding movement - "Compass 2032" was officially approved, with the goal of becoming a girl-led movement. This idea began with the passage of the Motion 32 at the 36th World Conference in 2017.
It is our pleasure to invite Ms Gwen Lee, the WAGGGS commissioned volunteer and Ms Antonia Yip, Approved Person of the World Board to share their experiences aiming to arouse more young women's interests in participating in governance roles, as well as strengthen their understandings and skills.
