Eligibility：

a. Happy Bees aged 6 or above or graduating from kindergarten (must be accompanied by at least one guider): or

b. Brownies aged 10 will leave the brownie unit and are willing to fly up to guides; or

c. Guides aged 15 will leave the guide unit and are willing to fly up to ranger
