Tuen Mun Division Welcome Summer Holidays Cum Fly-up Ceremony
Purpose: |
To connect members of different Sections, share the fun of booth activities, relieve stress for members, help for the physical and mental health; Flying up to another sections, continue their Guiding life, enhance their character and potential in all aspects. |

Activity content: |
1. Fly up ceremony for each section of Girl Guides 2. Booth games 3. Award presentation ceremony (Long Service Award and Certificate of Appreciation for Guider/Leader) *Winners will receive invitations individually |
Fee: | HK$20 per person |
Quota: |
80 members (all places are on a first-come, first-served basis). Fly up member can be accompanied by one parent for free. |
Clothing: | Full uniform (with hat) |
Eligibility: |
1. Fly up Ceremony a. Happy Bees who are 6 years old or graduating from kindergarten; or b. Girls who are 10 years old or above and will leave the Brownie section and are willing to be Fly up to Girl Guide; or c. Girls who are 15 years old or above and will leave the Girl Guide section and are willing to be Fly up to Ranger.

Badges/Awards: |
All members who attend the Fly up Ceremony will be awarded a Fly up badge. |

Please register through (GGMS) and submit the list of participants and the "Parent/Guardian Consent Form" by the Guider |
Notes: |
1. Each participant must complete the "Parent/Guardian Consent Form". Each Guider must submit the Parent/Guardian Consent Form together with the registration form when submitting it through GGMS. 2. This event does not accept phone, email or fax registration. 3. If there are any changes, the final announcement of the conference shall prevail. 4. Once the registration is accepted, the name of the attendee cannot be changed. 5. The event reminder will be emailed to the leader five days before the event. Please ensure that the email address is correct and check it on time. |
Bad Weather Arrangement: |
If the weather report before 9:00 am on the day shows a typhoon signal No. 3 or above, a red/black rainstorm warning, extreme conditions, or the Education Bureau announces a class suspension, this activity will be cancelled. The weather report is subject to the information released by the Hong Kong Observatory.
