To enable Girl Guides to learn new skills and knowledge, discover new interests and enjoy the fun of cooking, and learn to get along with others, practice teamwork and be creative.

Enrolled Girl Guides and Brownies in Tuen Mun Division 

(participants must be 9 years old or above)

Neat outdoor uniforms

Fee:

HK$40 per person (The tour bus fee to and from the activity venue is included.)

Quota:

14 people 

(up to 3 starters per team and up to 3 reserve candidates) (first come, first served) 

(Reserves please register first, but do not need to pay for the time being. If accepted, pay after notification)

Notes:

1. Each participant (Girl Guide) must complete the "Parent/Guardian Consent Form". Each Guider must submit it together with the Parent/Guardian Consent Form when registering for GGMS.

2. Must attend the entire interest class.

3. Pineapple Cake Baking Class and Terrarium Making Class are held at the same time. Please do not register at the same time.

4. Participants must bring their own light snacks, drinking water and food boxes to hold the finished products.

5. This event does not accept phone, email or fax registrations. All registrations are subject to GGMS receipt. Once the registration is accepted, no refund will be made.

6. If there are any changes, the final announcement of the conference will prevail.

7. Once the registration is accepted, the name of the attendee cannot be changed. Except for cancellation due to bad weather or insufficient registration, the payment will not be refunded.

8. Sign up for the "Interest Class - Pineapple Cake Baking Class" event. The registration results will be announced on 30/6 through GGMS. Please check the list of admissions on the headquarters website. If you are not accepted, no further notice will be given.

9. An event reminder email will be sent to the leaders one week before the event. Please make sure the email address is correct and check it on time.

Bad weather

Arrangements:

If the Observatory still hoists the No. 1 or No. 3 typhoon signal, yellow rainstorm warning and thunderstorm warning two hours before the event, the event will be held as usual; red or black rainstorm warning and typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the event will be postponed or cancelled. If the event is in progress, participants will be arranged to stay in a safe place until the warning is lifted. Weather information is subject to the weather report issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
