1. Each participant (Girl Guide) must complete the "Parent/Guardian Consent Form". Each Guider must submit it together with the Parent/Guardian Consent Form when submitting GGMS Form. 2. Must attend the entire interest class. 3. Participants must bring their own light snacks and water. 4. The terrarium making class and pineapple cake baking class will be held at the same time. Please do not register for both. 5. This event does not accept phone, email or fax registrations. All registrations are subject to GGMS receipt. Once the registration is accepted, there will be no refund. 6. If there are any changes, the final announcement of the conference will prevail. 7. Once the registration is accepted, the name of the attendee cannot be changed. The payment will not be refunded unless the class is cancelled due to bad weather or insufficient registration. 8. Register for the "Interest Class - Glass Pot Making Class" event. The registration results will be announced through GGMS on 30/6. Please browse the list of admissions on the headquarters website. If you are not accepted, no further notification will be made. 9. The event reminder will be emailed to the leaders one week before the event. Please make sure the email address is correct and check it on time. |

Bad weather Arrangements:

If the Observatory still hoists the No. 1 or No. 3 typhoon signal, yellow rainstorm warning and thunderstorm warning two hours before the event, the event will be held as usual; red or black rainstorm warning and typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the event will be postponed or cancelled. If the event is in progress, participants will be arranged to stay in a safe place until the warning is lifted. Weather information is subject to the weather report issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
