• Opening ceremony for Let Us Share 2024 and celebration of World Thinking Day 2024

• Badge Swap Corner (Participants can bring along their own badges for swapping)
• Participants will receive a souvenir badge after completing designated booth activities.

(Brownies: Accompanied by a maximum of 3 Guider(s),  each unit is encouraged to enroll with at least 2 persons, with a maximum of 15 and a backup of 10;

Guides/Rangers: With or without Guider(s), each unit is encouraged to enroll with at least 2 persons, with a maximum of 15 and a backup of 10)

• Enrolment must be done via GGMS. All other forms of registration are not accepted. 
• Once the enrolment is accepted, all paid fees will not be refunded unless due to the cancellation of the event. Enrolled individuals cannot transfer their spot to others without the permission from the Association. 
• An event memo will be emailed to participants a week before the event. Please ensure the provided email address is correct and make sure it is checked frequently.
• Any changes to the event shall prevail by the final announcement made by the Association.
• Applicants under 18 years old are required to complete Parent's Consent Form, and Participants(Ranger) or Guiders(Brownies/Guides) have to collect the forms and submit to intl@hkgga.org.hk before the event.
