Centenary Parade and Carnival was held at Shatin Racecourse on 25 February 2017 (Saturday). 

"Be the Change" is the theme of the event. The programme includes: Award Presentation for “Association Long Service Award”, “Asia Pacific Adult Leaders Achievement Award”, “Outstanding Girl Guides Awards”, “Super Brownie Awards”, “Chief Commissioner’s Guide Awards”, “Ranger Bauhinia Badge”, “Outstanding Unit Awards”, “Unit Highest Service Hour Awards”.
