As you know, the HKGGA is to launch an IT system called the Girl Guides Management System (GGMS) around early of 2020 for staff to replace the existing Membership System.   The system ultimately is accessible via internet to allow members to access and update her and her unit profile and to register activities & course.

To login to the GGMS, HKGGA members are required to use EITHER email address OR HKGGA member no. as the login ID.   To facilitate the process, we would Iike to additionally collect child and youth members’ email address from your unit by filling the “census” form.  Pls complete the census form and send it back to the office as usual.
