HKGGA Special Announcement on Activity Arrangements 

(With effective from 29 December 2022)

As the epidemic trend continued to be stabilized, the Government announced the further relaxation of social distancing measures, the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association will relax the relevant measures on activity arrangements. The following activity arrangements will be implemented with immediate effect: 

1. The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association Headquarters , campsite, activity centers, HKGGA Island Centre, HKGGA NT West Centre and HKGGA Badgework Centre all cancel the relevant requirements for Vaccine Pass.

2.    Meetings, activities and trainings, day camps, evening camps, residential camps and overnight wild camps are allowed to be organized by Headquarters, Division, District and Unit. All participants must provide a negative rapid antigen test result for the face to face meeting, activities, training or event. 

2.1  No prior approval by Assistant Chief Commissioner/Deputy Chief Commissioner is required for any unit meetings and activities 
2.2  No prior approval from Assistant Chief Commissioner/Deputy Chief Commissioner is required before submitting the camp application to the Programme Department. 

3.    ALL face-to-face unit meetings, Happy Bees'unit meetings, Golden Guides' unit meetings can be resumed without approval in advance. All participants must provide a negative rapid antigen test result for the face to face meeting.

4. Meeting, activities or trainings for adult members can be resumed. The meetings/trainings are recommended to offer both video-conferencing or face-to-face options for the participants. All participants must provide a negative rapid antigen test result for the face to face meeting, training or event.

5.    The HKGGA Headquarters and campsites are reopened. Please stay tuned to our Association's website for the latest updates, or contact the booking office at 2359 6850.  

6.    HKGGA Tin Shui Wai Pansy Ho Activity Centre & HKGGA Jockey Club Tung Chung Activity Centre is reopened. Some regular courses are resumed. For enquiry, please contact the staff of the respective centres:

6.    HKGGA Island Centre, HKGGA NT West Centre and HKGGA Badgework Centre venues are reopened. For details, please contact our staff:
