Booking Instructions

  • The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association’s activities / programme may apply for the use of venues 12 months in advance.
  • Members may apply for the use of venues 9 months in advance and enjoy members discount.
  • Outside Bodies (#2) and Uniformed Group in Hong Kong (#1) may apply for the venues 6 months in advance for all timeslot.
  • Non-members may apply for the use of venues 4 months in advance for all timeslot.
  • National sports association can make written application for hosting a major international sporting function in one-year advance.
  • Non-governmental organization and charitable bodies should provide a copy of Charitable Institutes and Trust Registration Certificate issued by Inland Revenue Department under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
  • All application will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • The Association only accepts application on behalf of groups, organizations or companies. Individual applications will not be entertained. Non-member applicants must include group/organization/company stamp on the application form.
  • Applicants must be over 21 of age.
  • Applicants must read the booking instructions and user’s regulations before making any applications.
  • The Association reserves the right to allocate the activity rooms. Venues would be allocated according to the size of groups. Priority would be given to training courses or activities held by the Association.
  • No parking spaces will be available at the Centre.
  • All payments are non-refundable or postpone except for extreme weather conditions (Please refer to the User’s Regulation for details).
  • All refund and delays requests should be made in writing to Centre-in-charge within 30 days after the booking. The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association reserves the right of the final decision in case of any disputes.


 Reservations and Application Procedures

  1. Reservations have to be made via telephone, fax or e-mail. The user will be given a date of deadline. The application forms, Center information and user’s regulations should be download directly from our website (
  2. Please complete and return the application form with payment (cheque) to “The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association” before deadline. (postdated cheque not acceptable)
  3. Reservations would be considered void if the applicant failed to submit he relevant payment before deadline. The reservation would be cancelled automatically and the venue would be allocated to users on the waiting list.
  4. The invoice will be email or fax to applicant and the entry permit will be issued upon completion of the application. The official receipt and original invoice will be mailed to the correspondence address of the applicant upon completion of payment.
  5. For any reservations within 2 weeks in advance of the proposed date, applicant need to make the payment via bank transfer or pay in person (cash only)
  6. Any amendments to the number of users or arrival time after application must be informed to and approved by the Centre-in-charge before head.
  7. The Association reserves the rights to cancel reservations and amend the above regulations at any time.

Note 1:   Uniformed Groups include Association of Hong Kong Flag-Guards, Hong Kong Adventure Corps, Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps, Hong Kong Red Cross, Scout Association of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps, Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Brigade Cadet Command, The Boys' Brigade Hong Kong, The Girls' Brigade Hong Kong, Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Civil Aid Service, Junior Police Call and Auxiliary Medical Service

Note 2:   Eligible Outside Bodies include any school defined in s.3(1) of the Education Ordinance (CAP. 279), any non-governmental organization that is receiving recurrent subvention from the Social Welfare Department, any Government department, and any national sports association which is a member of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China
