Guider's appointment
Any woman who is above 21 can become a Guider, as long as she is willing and able to make the Guide Promise and undertake the necessary training.
- made the Guide Promise
- completed the Leaders Training Course
- recommended by District Commissioner
- has attained the age of 21 when she becomes the Unit Guider or Assistant Guider . However, under certain circumstances, the District Commissioner may recommend a Guide member between the age 18 and 20, who has completed relevant Leaders Training Course which is organized and recognized by the Association, to the appointment of Assistant Guider.
- has attained the age of 23 when she becomes the Unit Guider or Assistant Guider of Ranger Section, without exception.
