• Lead the girls in their unit according to the programme, create team spirit and ensure the fun of guiding.
• Help the girl to make progress
• Cultrate a climate for growth and be a good example at all times

Responsibilities

• Plan and run weekly unit meeting
• Enroll members
• Participate in guider training and other activities
• Attend monthly guider's meeting
• Recruitment of members
• Encourage the members to join the international camps and mainland exchange programmes
