HKGGA Tin Shui Wai Pansy Ho Activity Centre Centre Notice (With effect from 9 Dec 2021)
All venue users have to comply with Cap. 599F Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation and Cap. 599G Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation on the prohibition of group gatherings of not more than the number of people as stipulated by the law. HKGGA Tin Shui Wai Pansy Ho Activity Centre will adopt special measures to avoid people from gathering and to minimize social contact. Venue users must comply with the following special measures until further notice.

*Live performance or dancing activity is not allowed. For activities to be held in venues, no more than FOUR participants including the instructor in a cluster could be conducted and a distance of at least 1.5 metres between groups should be maintained. The organizer should consider the venue depending on the space required and nature of the activity. The Association reserves the right to reject the application and request that person to leave the venue if anyone violates the guidelines.

Other special measures are as follows:
- According to the summary of the latest measures on scheduled premises to protect the participants, the coaches of sport activity or all event organiser(s) and person(s) who provide services for the meetings, forums, symposiums, exhibitions, ceremonial events and celebratory events are required to submit the SMS notification containing the result of a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 with test sample taken within 14 days prior to the day the event is held (The sample for such test should be obtained using combined nasal and throat swabs. According to Cap. 599F, the result of a deep throat saliva specimen would not be accepted) or as an alternative, submit the vaccination record of completed a COVID-19 vaccination course 14th day before the activity. The record should be submitted at least one working day (Tuesday to Sunday except public holiday) before the visit (Please email to tsw@hkgga.org.hk with the name of organization, activity date and time).
- The organization is requested to ensure users are not currently subject to any quarantine order issued by the Government. If the users have symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulty and sore throat, please seek medical advice immediately.
- Any person before enter the Centre are required to use "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile app to scan the venue QR code, the following three categories of persons may fill in a specified form as an alternative to the use of the LHS mobile application:
- persons aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below;
- persons with disability; and
- other persons recognised by the Government or organisation(s) authorised by the Government.
For persons aged 15 or below, he or she would not have to register his or her personal information using the specified form if he or she is accompanied by an adult who has complied with the LHS requirement (i.e. he or she has used the LHS mobile application or used the specified form to register relevant information as an alternative in accordance with the requirement).
- Perform temperature check at reception before entering the Centre and wear mask in all areas (including physical activities and use of the indoor and outdoor venue). People with fever symptoms will not be permitted to enter the centre.
- Wear mask in all Centre areas except when exercising outdoors (users must get approval in advance from the centre). For activities to be held in the lawn, at least 1.5 metres between groups of 4 persons. For team sports, the maximum number of players and referees to be allowed in each playing field/court should follow the rules and regulations of respective team sports competition. All participants must wear masks after team sports.
- The Association reserves the right to request any person who do not engage in Girl Guides/Centre affairs or is not the centre user to leave the centre.
- Keep your hands clean all the time. Hand rub is provided in the centre for necessary use.
- All venue users must keep social distancing.
- Rooms/tables/chairs will be cleaned and disinfected after use.
- No eating or drinking is allowed in the centre.
- Except venue users and event participants, other people are suggested not to stay in centre in order to lower the risk of spread of virus during gathering of people.
- The government is still implementing disease prevention and control measures to safeguard public health, thus any Girl Guides members who are intending to conduct Girl Guides' programmes or activities should refer to HKGGA Special Announcement on Activity Arrangements published on the website of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association.
- If anyone violates the guidelines above, The Association reserves the right to request that person to leave the venue.
